Your phone, finally on your side

Cell phone lessons for seniors — iPhone and Android alike

The cell phone has become almost mandatory: banking, parking, appointments, the codes you receive by text… Yet nobody ever takes the time to explain it calmly. That’s exactly what we do — at your home, on your own phone.

What we learn on your phone

  • Calls and contacts: calling, answering, finding a number without a ten-minute search
  • Texts: reading, replying, sending a photo, voice messages
  • Video calls with the family (WhatsApp, FaceTime)
  • Voicemail, ringtones, volume — and why it vibrates instead of ringing
  • Taking photos and sending them to the kids
  • Larger text, a more readable screen, the essential buttons
  • QR codes at the restaurant, and those « suspicious » texts you should never open
  • Connecting to Wi-Fi to save your data

A new phone? We’ll do the transfer together

Your children gave you a new phone, and the old one holds your whole life — contacts, photos, conversations? We do the migration with you, calmly: nothing gets lost, and you understand where everything goes.

While we’re at it, we set the phone up your way: the useful apps front and centre, the clutter tucked away, and the comfort settings dialled in from day one.

Safety first

Text and phone scams target seniors first: fake couriers, fake banks, fake grandchildren in distress. We teach you the three reflexes that defeat almost all of it — and we set up your phone to filter out much of the noise.

Golden rule in the meantime: never give a code received by text to anyone. Not even someone claiming to be your bank.

Frequently asked questions

iPhone or Android — do you teach both?

Yes. Our students know both systems, and the lesson always happens on your own phone, with your plan and your apps.

I just want to call and text, nothing more. Is that okay?

Of course — you set the agenda. We make the essential gestures easy and comfortable, and we stop there if that’s what you want. Nothing will ever be pushed on you.

My children gave me their old phone. Can you set it up for me?

Yes, it’s a classic: we freshen it up, transfer your contacts and photos, and tune it to your taste — bigger text, clearer ringtone, useful apps where you can see them.

I always press the wrong button…

So does everyone at first! We practise the gestures together, unhurried, and you keep clear notes. By the second or third time, your fingers remember on their own.

Can you help me with my phone plan?

We help you understand your plan and your bill — what you pay for, what you actually use. We sell nothing and will never push you to switch providers: we just give you the straight story.

Make peace with your phone.

Book your first lesson — it’s free. A patient student takes care of the rest.
